OCEAN SUSHI AYCE(931 Fischer Blvd)

I wanted to see what all the hype was about. The atmosphere was great, and the service was excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the food at the buffet was disappointing. Much of it did not taste fresh, and many items were not replenished quickly enough. Several trays sat empty for longer than expected. The biggest issue was that everyone in our group felt sick and had to use the bathroom after we got home. I also did not like that people were using their phones to record videos for reviews. Not everyone is comfortable being filmed or appearing on social media. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this buffet and will not be returning.

We’ve been coming to Ocean Sushi since they opened last year, and it’s become one of our favorite spots!! 🍣 The all-you-can-eat option is awesome, the sushi and sashimi are always incredibly fresh, and they have a great selection of specialty rolls and hand rolls. They also have a huge selection of appetizers. Some of our favorites are the BBQ squid, mixed fish crispy rice, and spicy seaweed salad (a combo of seaweed salad and kani salad, so good!!). Their ice cream is really good too! 🍨 The service is fast, and ordering is super easy. They give you a sheet to mark off what you want, and you can keep ordering throughout your meal. We’ve been here too many times to count 😆, and it never disappoints!

Very calm and comfortable environment, typically quiet. Food was fresh and phenomenal! It is best to order only what you eat, you can always get more. They are very attentive! Great for the whole family and we will be back! Also, be mindful, parties over 4 people is a mandatory gratuity charge, which is very reasonable. The way you order on paper is so convenient.

What a great new restaurant! The portions were super generous, especially for it being all you can eat, and everything tasted fresh. The Rock n Roll and Jersey Girl Roll were hands down the best sushi rolls I’ve ever had — I’m still thinking about them. The ramen was really good too, and the tempura came out hot and crispy. Can’t wait to go back!!
